Didas Mzirai is an Award Winning Social Entrepreneur and Former National Youth Leader in Kenya. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow in The US State Department’s Young African Leaders Initiative, a brainchild of Former President Barrack Obama to empower a new crop of Young African Leaders as they transform their Societies and Nations.

Mzirai is a rapidly rising Young Global Leader who is highly passionate about Youth and Women Empowerment, and whose work in Empowering Rural smallholder farmers in Kenya has already gained him International acclaim. His Social Enterprise; Mucho Mangoes Ltd, has won several Awards, including The SME of the Year Award 2019 in Kenya, Overall Winner of the National Green Enterprise Challenge in Kenya, among other Prizes and was selected as an SDGs Ambassador.

Mzirai has also been recognized and given Presidential Honor as a National Hero by the Kenyan President for his work in Empowering and Uplifting the living standards of Poor, Rural Small scale farmers, and empowering young people as a National Youth leader, receiving a Golden Medal of Honor.

Didas was an elected National Youth Leader and served as President of the National Youth Bunge Association in the Yes Youth Can Program, the largest Youth Network in Kenya. He Champions Peace as a Generation Change Fellow, a program of the United States Institute of Peace and is a former UNLEASH + Facilitator. UNLEASH is the Global Innovation Lab for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

His Award winning Social Enterprise, Mucho Mangoes Ltd, empowers rural smallholder farmers to mass produce better quality products through providing them with training and support, then provide a ready and reliable market for their produce.
